About NordÖl
The Nordic medical associations are called NordÖl and have at least one annual meeting. Despite the proximity and similar societies, the Nordic countries have surprisingly many differences in how health care is organized and different negotiation models. In all countries there are major challenges regarding the position of the profession, resources, places of care, recruitment of doctors with foreign education and working conditions in general.
